Attorney Michael Stewart Harshman

Michael Harshman graduated from The Ohio State University and earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas School of Law. Board certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, Michael has been admitted to practice in all courts of Florida, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Texas; the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida; the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio; and the Supreme Court of the United States. Michael has also received certification from the Supreme Court of Florida in Family Mediation and in Circuit Civil Mediation.

Attorney Harshman, who represents clients in Sarasota, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch and surrounding areas, has vast experience in personal injury, vehicle accident, nursing home abuse and neglect, medical malpractice, product liability and wrongful death law. He has earned a well-deserved reputation in Florida and Ohio for providing clients and family members with sound advice that enables them to cope with the physical, emotional and psychological damage that often accompanies vehicle accidents and medical errors.
