We’ve posted this video a few times, but given the all-out attack on the regulatory framework that protects Americans from unsafe products, environmental disasters, negligent corporations, predatory lenders, careless health care providers, and other bad actors who put our health and safety at risk we thought it was appropriate to feature it once again.

At Betras, Kopp & Markota we’re proud to be members of a profession that has saved millions of lives and prevented millions of injuries. For decades, we’ve stood up when regulators bowed down to corporations that placed profits before people–from Corvairs that were unsafe at any speed, to Firestone tires that fell apart, to Pintos outfitted with exploding gas tanks, to medications and medical devices that maimed and killed, trial lawyers have made our families and our nation safer.
